Life doesn’t always happen during business hours. After-hours notary service is available for urgent, last-minute, or time-sensitive needs when flexibility matters most. This option is ideal for evenings, weekends, or situations where standard scheduling just isn’t possible.
A convenience fee applies for appointments outside of standard business hours, which are Mon-Sun 8am-7pm.
All after-hours pricing is confirmed prior to the appointment.
Important Notarization Requirements
Please review before your appointment
To complete any notarial act, the following requirements must be met:

Personal Appearance Required
All signers must personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization. Documents cannot be notarized without the signer being physically present. -
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Each signer must present a current, unexpired government-issued photo identification, such as:-
State-issued driver’s license or ID card

U.S. passport or passport card

Other government-issued ID permitted under California law

Name Consistency
The name on the identification must reasonably match the name on the document being notarized. -
Willingness & Awareness
Signers must be willing participants and able to understand the document they are signing. A notary cannot proceed if a signer appears confused, coerced, or unable to communicate.
