Accuracy doesn’t end at the signing table. Proper document handling and timely scanbacks are critical parts of a successful loan closing. This service ensures completed documents are reviewed, protected, and returned according to lender and title company requirements. From pickup to drop-off, every step is handled with care, confidentiality, and attention to detail—so your transaction stays on track.
Document printing, scanning and return services may be added to select general notary and loan signing appointments.​

Scanback Services
When scanbacks are requested, completed documents are securely scanned and delivered according to provided instructions. Scanbacks allow lenders and title companies to review documents promptly before originals are returned.

Confirmation once scanbacks have been successfully transmitted
Scanback requirements must be communicated prior to the appointment to ensure proper scheduling and turnaround time.
Timelines & Expectations
Scanbacks are completed as requested based on the scope of the transaction. Turnaround time may vary depending on document volume, file size, and delivery method. Same-day scanbacks may be available when arranged in advance.
Confidentiality & Compliance
All documents are handled in accordance with privacy standards and industry best practices. Borrower information is kept confidential, and documents are securely transported until delivered or shipped as instructed.
