Estate Plan Signing

A Quick Note

Notaries don’t give legal advice or prepare legal documents. All estate planning and trust paperwork must already be prepared by a licensed attorney or provided by you. Our role is to properly witness signatures, verify identity, and complete notarizations according to California law.

Estate Plan Signing Fee:

  • Starting at $175 for 1 signer (up to 10 documents)

  • Additional Signers: $50 each

Additional Fees Apply For:

  • Larger Trust Packages

  • Travel Over 10 miles

Thoughtful support when it matters most. Estate planning documents are personal. They protect families, honor wishes, and bring peace of mind — which is why they deserve to be handled with care.

At 310 West Notary, we help make the final step easier by providing mobile estate planning and trust delivery services that are professional, discreet, and stress-free. Whether you’re working with an attorney or managing documents for your family, we’re here to help things move forward smoothly.

How We Help

This service is designed for moments when documents need to be signed, delivered, and notarized — without the hassle.

We assist with:

  • Trust delivery and notarizations

  • Signing appointments for estate planning documents

  • Attorney-prepared trust and estate packages

  • Mobile notary services at homes, offices, or care facilities

  • Coordinating signings between clients, attorneys, and trustees

We take the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable, properly identified, and confident in the process.

Important Notarization Requirements

Please review before your appointment

To complete any notarial act, the following requirements must be met:

  • Personal Appearance Required
All signers must personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization. Documents cannot be notarized without the signer being physically present.

  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Each signer must present a current, unexpired government-issued photo identification, such as:

    • State-issued driver’s license or ID card

    • U.S. passport or passport card

    • Other government-issued ID permitted under California law

  • Name Consistency
The name on the identification must reasonably match the name on the document being notarized.

  • Willingness & Awareness
Signers must be willing participants and able to understand the document they are signing. A notary cannot proceed if a signer appears confused, coerced, or unable to communicate.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being rescheduled or declined.
