Rates & Fees

​California law regulates notarial fees. Mobile travel, after-hours availability, and loan signing services are quoted separately and disclosed in advance.

Standard Notary Services

Availability

  • Monday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Notarization Fee

  • $15 per notarized signature (set by the State of California)

Mobile Travel Fee

  • Starting at $45 within the Westside

  • Adjusted based on distance, parking, and appointment complexity​

 

Standard notarizations include acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, and other commonly requested documents.

After-Hours Appointments

(Because paperwork doesn’t always respect business hours.)​

 

Need something notarized after regular business hours? I offer limited after-hours appointments for those moments when waiting until Monday isn’t an option.

 

After-Hours Convenience Fee

  • $40 flat surcharge

Mobile Travel Fee

  • Starting at $55

 

Notarization fees remain state-regulated at $15 per notarized signature. All after-hours pricing is confirmed prior to the appointment.

Loan Signing Agent Services

Loan signing services are priced separately and are not charged per signature. When timing allows, complimentary same-day return document service is available to offices on the Westside of Los Angeles; otherwise, documents are securely packaged and shipped. 

 

Typical Loan Signing Fees

  • Refinance / Purchase Packages: $175–$225

  • Seller Packages: $150–$175

  • HELOC or Small Packages: $125–$150

 

Pricing is based on document size, print requirements, scanbacks, travel distance, parking, and appointment time.

 

After-Hours Loan Signings

  • Additional $50–$75 premium may apply

Estate Plan Signing | Trust Delivery

Estate planning and trust services are offered at a flat base rate to keep pricing straightforward.
Additional fees may apply for extended travel, larger trust packages with more than 10 documents, printing needs, or scanback requests.


When scheduling allows, signed documents are hand-delivered to Westside offices; otherwise, they are securely packaged and shipped.

Estate Plan Signing Fee: 

  • Starting at $175 for 1 signer (up to 10 documents)

  • Additional Signers: $50 each

Additional Fees Apply For:

  • Larger Trust Packages

  • Travel Over 10 miles

Apostille Services

​Our Apostille Processing Service helps clients submit eligible documents to the California Secretary of State or the correct government office, ensuring they’re properly authenticated for use in countries that participate in the Hague Apostille Convention.

​**Apostilles are not issued by notaries. Our role is to assist with notarization (if needed) and manage the submission and retrieval process on your behalf.**

Apostille Processing Fees

Standard Processing (2-5 days)

  • Starting at $150 per document

  • Additional 2-5 documents: $125 each

  • 6+ additional documents: $100 each 

Same-Day / Rush Service

  • Add $50 per document

  • Subject to availability

Required CA State Fees

(Paid to the  CA Secretary of State)

  • Apostille certificate: $20 per document

  • In-person handling (if applicable): $6 per document

  • Scan & return (up to 50 pages): $30

  • Large packages or multiple scanbacks: $45

 

These services are billed separately unless otherwise noted in advance.

Mobile Travel Fees

These rates are for travel fees during regular business hours: Mon-Sun 8:00am-7:00pm

 

  • Additional convenience fee of $40 will be applied to after-hours appointments scheduled between 7:00pm-8:00am

Miscellaneous Fees

  • Additional fee of $25 for services provided on Federal Holidays

  • Additional fee of $40 for services provided between the hours of 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

  • Additional wait time if customer is not ready at the time of the appointment: $25 per 15 minutes

  • Travel fee will be required if notarization is unable to be completed
