Standard notarizations include acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, and other commonly requested documents.
After-Hours Appointments
(Because paperwork doesn’t always respect business hours.)​
Need something notarized after regular business hours? I offer limited after-hours appointments for those moments when waiting until Monday isn’t an option.

Notarization fees remain state-regulated at $15 per notarized signature. All after-hours pricing is confirmed prior to the appointment.
Loan Signing Agent Services
Loan signing services are priced separately and are not charged per signature. When timing allows, complimentary same-day return document service is available to offices on the Westside of Los Angeles; otherwise, documents are securely packaged and shipped.

Estate Plan Signing | Trust Delivery
Estate planning and trust services are offered at a flat base rate to keep pricing straightforward.
Additional fees may apply for extended travel, larger trust packages with more than 10 documents, printing needs, or scanback requests.
When scheduling allows, signed documents are hand-delivered to Westside offices; otherwise, they are securely packaged and shipped.

Apostille Services
​Our Apostille Processing Service helps clients submit eligible documents to the California Secretary of State or the correct government office, ensuring they’re properly authenticated for use in countries that participate in the Hague Apostille Convention.

​**Apostilles are not issued by notaries. Our role is to assist with notarization (if needed) and manage the submission and retrieval process on your behalf.**
