Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

310 West Notary strives to provide professional and reliable mobile notary services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

Notary Fees

California notary fees are governed by state law. Notarial acts that have been completed are non-refundable, even if a document is later rejected or not accepted by a receiving party.

Travel & Convenience Fees

Travel, mobile service, after-hours, and convenience fees compensate for time and expenses and are non-refundable once the notary has traveled to the appointment location, regardless of whether notarization is completed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before travel has begun may avoid travel or cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by law.

Errors & Corrections

If an error is made by the notary during a notarization, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the error at no additional charge, when legally permitted.

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be reported promptly. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes through their payment provider.

No Legal Guarantee

310 West Notary does not guarantee that notarized documents will be accepted by any receiving agency, institution, or third party.
